Marketing Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our Marketing team. This role is critical to keeping our creative work organized, priorities clear, and projects moving from kickoff to completion in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You’ll act as the connective tissue between stakeholders and creatives—ensuring the right work gets done, at the right time, by the right people.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Intake creative requests, assess scope, and translate needs into clear, actionable project plans
- Assign projects to designers, copywriters, video producers, and other creative partners based on capacity, responsibility, and priority
- Manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish
- Track progress across multiple concurrent projects and proactively flag risks, delays, or resource constraints
- Help prioritize work across shifting business needs while maintaining focus on the most impactful initiatives
- Hold stakeholders accountable to inputs, feedback, and deadlines required for successful project completion
- Own project transparency by maintaining accurate project status, timelines, and documentation
- Facilitate kickoffs, check-ins, and handoffs to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Partner closely with the Creative Services team to remove blockers and keep work moving efficiently
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and project intake systems
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or traffic management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both creative teams and business stakeholders
- Comfort holding others accountable while maintaining positive, collaborative relationships
- Experience working with project management tools
- Ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift and new projects emerge
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with creative professionals or within a CPG environment preferred
- Experience using Asana
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
