This is a great opportunity to join our global tech team on an 11-month fixed term contract. As the IT Business Partner (Proximity Domain Specialist) you will be working with different teams to ensure the successful use and adoption of company products and systems

Your responsibilities include:
Local Insights and Change Management: Collect and analyse local insights and feedback on products, conduct change management activities, and ensure the secure deployment of global products while engaging and supporting local Key User communities across the Asia Pacific Management Entity.
Product Roll-out and Testing: Perform roll-out and change management actions for global products, including gathering user feedback, preparing change plans, conducting local change impact assessments, supporting test activities, and executing roll-out activities.
Stakeholder Engagement and Demand Management: Engage with APAC Corporate stakeholders (HR & Legal) to capture business demands, align them with product offerings, and collaborate with global product teams to deploy corporate products based on the defined roadmap, ensuring proper change management and governance.
Incident Management and Support: Act as a liaison between the business and incident support teams, providing functional expertise to qualify incidents, direct them to the appropriate teams, and support proximity-led products such as T&E administration for Concur and No Charge Application.

As well as having a passion for challenge and being fiercely authentic, you will also bring:
Proven expertise in Project Management, with a track record of successful large-scale implementations leveraging Agile Methodology. PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
Strong Business Analysis capabilities, including the ability to comprehend business requirements and effectively map processes to various products.
Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to grasp and align with the business perspective.
Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language to stakeholders.
Familiarity with HR and legal processes is a significant advantage.
Financial and accounting knowledge is considered a valuable asset.
