Peloton Interactive, Inc. seeks Analytics Engineer in New York, NY:
Job Duties: Develop and design data pipeline infrastructure software which supports the analytics, data science and reporting data needs across Peloton’s business organization. Analyze business user needs and requirements to incorporate business logic into query building to transform data and build downstream tables for business analysis, setting up and maintaining the jobs to populate these tables. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix data discrepancies and maintain transparent and up-to-date software code to ensure business requirements and extract, transform and load (ETL) logic match to improve pipeline efficiency and data quality. Confer with other engineers and multi-functional business teams to ascertain data analysis requirements and capabilities across all of Peloton’s functions which satisfies the user needs and performance requirements of Peloton’s various business units. Identify gaps in data collection and collaborate with product and data engineering on data capture specifications to ensure highly accurate and reliable business reporting. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Peloton offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) SQL; (2) Python; (3) DBT; (4) Tableau; (6) Excel; (7) QGIS; and (8) ArcGIS. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Peloton offices may be required.
Salary: $154,100.00 - $200,400.00 per annum
