What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for identifying growth opportunities. You are proactive, results-driven and comfortable building long-term relationships with clients and partners in a dynamic, international environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client needs and co-create tailored solutions with internal teams
• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies
• Negotiate and close commercial contracts
• Monitor market trends, competition and sales pipeline
• Prepare business development reports and contribute to growth targets
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences and trade shows

What you need to know / have

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales or similar roles
• University degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or related fields
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage opportunities and close deals
• Good understanding of commercial and financial concepts
• Results-oriented, proactive and adaptable mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally and under pressure
