Job Scope
Within Orange Business, the mission of Digital Technology (DT) is to be a trusted technology partner, delivering outstanding digital experiences to customers, partners, and employees. We are currently reimagining our IT landscape to better serve the business. Digital Technology comprises approximately 1800 employees, primarily located in France, Morocco, Egypt, and India.
The Performance Office, within the Chief Operating Office of Digital Technology, drives business and operational excellence through:
- Performance KPIs – identification, management, measurement, and reporting.
- Project Management Office (PMO) – governance and standardization of project management practices.
- Transition Office – enabling successful transitions, delivering playbooks, and capturing lessons learned.
- Audit Office – ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness.
Audits Office – Job Scope, Roles, and Responsibilities
As the Performance and Audit Manager within the Audits Office, you will be responsible for the following key areas, aligned with Orange Group, Orange Business, and Digital Technology objectives:
- Global Process Management
- IS Audits – ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1
- IT General Controls (ITGC) and Enterprise Level Controls
- Risk Management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve global information system processes (ISS-ISM) within the Orange Business Integrated Management System, sharing best practices, tools, risk management, and performance analysis across entities. Ensure continuous process improvement and readiness.
- Lead and coordinate IS audits (ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1), ITGC, and Enterprise Level Controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prioritize, mitigate, and track risks related to strategic initiatives, engaging with stakeholders and coordinating with Group Risk Governance for regular reporting.
- Develop and automate artifacts collection for IT audits (ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1). Collaborate with relevant tools teams to digitize parameters and enable system capture.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process maturity.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits, preparing documentation and ensuring audit readiness.
- Implement and monitor control frameworks aligned with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Report audit findings, progress, and risk mitigation actions to senior management.
Technical Competencies
- Organization and Business Process Management (BPM): Deep understanding of organizational structure, services, and IS tools supporting processes.
- Performance Management & Data Analysis: Ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and utilize analytical tools (e.g., Power BI).
- ISO Standards Knowledge: Application of ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1 within the management system.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate audits, ensure compliance, and support teams to meet audit requirements.
- Risk Management & Root Cause Analysis: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with processes.
- Documentation & Automation: Develop and automate artifacts collection for audits, working with IT teams to digitize parameters.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Deploy and lead initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Audit Readiness: Prepare teams and processes to meet audit requirements.

- Language Skills: Proficiency in French is a plus.
Profile
- Experience: 15+ years in enterprise transformation, audits, risk management, and process management.
- Industry Knowledge: Telecom operations experience is a bonus.
- Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1 (OBISO 27001 is a plus) and audit certifications preferred.
- Skills: Strong reporting, stakeholder management, documentation, and automation skills.
