Role Purpose:
Lead India GCC communication , strategic business engagement, customer experience programs, and internal communications to position MSC India as a transformation hub. Drive alignment between leadership priorities, customer expectations, and organizational goals while fostering innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership Engagement & Governance
- Manage India Leadership Board meetings (Strategic & Operational) – agenda, minutes, action tracking, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate governance for business communities (Data & AI, Innovation, Automation, Customer Experience, L&D).
2. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Orchestrate 50–60 annual customer visits/workshops and 25 key stakeholder engagements (M1/M2).
- Drive Top 10 Customer Experience Program and ensure actionable outcomes.
3. Strategic Programs & Transformation
- Lead transversal MSC-wide projects (Dream/UDAAN) – workforce evolution, skills transformation, CX/EX/OX.
- Support MSC maturity model development – capture value creation and identify gaps.
- Make MSC flex factory and Center of Excellence
4. Communication & Brand Positioning
Communication & Branding: Define MSC communication vision; create innovative content (videos, podcasts, gamified updates).
5. Business Reporting & Insights
- Prepare QBR decks and drive follow-up actions.
- Compile MSC business outcomes and success stories for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ecosystem Coordination
- Build partnerships with IFCCI, academic institutions, startups, and partner companies.
- Position MSC/GCC brand in India’s business ecosystem.
- Community governance ( Business and Employee focused communities)
