About the roleEvolution Platform program is Orange Business’s flagship transformation initiative, shifting from a traditional network-operator model to a digital integrator model. It delivers secure, high-performance cloud-network services, consumed like cloud apps—self-operated, automated, API/UI-driven, and pay-per-use.
With 200 people across 15+ SAFe agile teams and strong involvement from all Orange Business entities and partners, the program drives major changes across business models, IT architecture, operations, infrastructure, ways of working, and skills—co-designed with customers to shape the future of Orange Business.

The Evolve Train, responsible for developing the Evolution Platform solution, is made up of several factories, each specialized in the development of a specific service; among them, Shared Platform is a transversal factory that enables Evolution Platform services to be consumed via API & GUI and standardizes the integration of all new services into the platform.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Product Owner of "shared platforme factory" to join a major SAFe Agile Train and play a key role in driving our transformation.
About youRequired Skills
- Strong writing skills and ability to understand key challenges.
- Collaborative mindset, synthesis skills, leadership, openness, innovation, prioritization.
- Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile SCRUM or SAFe environment.
- Strong communication skills and natural leadership.
- Ability to manage priorities, monitor risks, and escalate information when needed.
- Fluent English, with strong written and oral skills: producing documentation, presentations, arguments, messaging, and participating in remote meetings with partner teams and suppliers.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of decision-making tools.
- Leadership skills, a strong interest in teamwork, and good interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge in networks and telecommunications will be highly valued.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Mastery and practical application of Agile values and principles, particularly those of the SAFe framework.
Deliverables
- Writing user stories.
- Validating detailed functional specifications.
- Validating qualification strategies.
- Meeting minutes and reporting.
- Ensure the team meets the objectives committed during the PI Planning at each increment.
SLA (Service Level Agreements)
- Compliance of developments with the defined architecture.
- Compliance with security rules.
- Robustness and reusability of existing and upcoming functionalities.
- Adherence to the SAFe process in force on the project.
- Respect of commitments made.
- Quality of deliverables.
