We’re hiring a B2B IT Sales Manager to expand Orange Systems’ footprint across international markets. In this role, you will proactively source, engage, and win new clients through pro-active outreach, run sales process end-to-end, and consistently meet sales targets for Orange Systems’ IT products and services.

what you will be doing:

• Conducting prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

• Participating in calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase our offerings and build relationships with potential clients.

• Overseeing the entire sales cycle from first meeting to the successful closing of deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

• Creating compelling proposals and negotiating terms with potential clients to secure new business.

• Work cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing, and Technical Department

what we are looking for:

• University Degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the IT field.

• Excellent written, reading, comprehension and verbal, business communication skills in English and Romanian languages

• Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar) is required

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

• Self-motivated and able to succeed in a results-driven environment

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
