Purpose of the job
The role invoves being responsible for managing the projects, ensuring that the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope. The job includes delivering the projects, leading and managing the project team on a daily basis to achieve all milestones on time & meet the targeted launch date.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Plan & manage project risks
- Define project responsibilities with stakeholders
- Monitor overall progress, use of resources, and project milestones
- Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties
- Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
- Lead Project teams, and communicate project progress
- Apply change control and configuration managementprocesses
- Conduct a project evaluation review.
- Prepare any follow-on action recommendations & initiate corrective actions when necessary
Job specification
Education
Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
Experience
- 0-2 Years of experience.
- Basic technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Skills and abilities
- Very good client-facing and internal communication skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
