Mission
The mission for the Head of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is to strengthen the organization’s security posture by implementing robust identity services that align with business goals while enhancing user experience. Key objectives include establishing a secure framework for identity management, promoting identity governance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Main activities
- Lead a technically driven IAM department responsible for the design, development, and delivery of IAM enablers—including strategic platforms such as One Admin—working closely with digital product and infrastructure teams.
- Define and evolve the IAM architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise security, digital transformation, and Zero Trust principles.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IAM enablers—from ideation and design to development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with digital product owners, platform teams, and enterprise architects to integrate IAM capabilities into customer journeys and internal workflows.
- Ensure IAM services are API-first, cloud-native, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsible for managing a diverse team of IAM professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
Financial:
Accountable for departmental budget management, ensuring cost-effective delivery of IAM services while aligning with organizational objectives.
Other:
Engage with executive leadership to provide updates on IAM initiatives and align strategies with business outcomes.
about you
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in delivering complex IAM platforms and services in large-scale environments.
- Experience with agile-at-scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and DevSecOps practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing departmental budgets and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.
