With the ongoing expansion of our business, we are hiring a Director to support Multicloud space within the Data Center Infrastructure organization. The Director of Infrastructure Delivery – Multicloud, will lead a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for data center capacity builds to support the growth of Oracle Cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate can manage fast paced delivery while leveraging their proven leadership and program management capabilities. This is a high impact role that will lead a highly motivated team through the end-to-end lifecycle required to successfully deliver the next generation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Our team ensures the on time, on budget and on schedule delivery inclusive of facility tenant improvements, data hall construction, and data center fit out through general availability. We do all this in partnership with other Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Microsoft, Google Cloud, and AWS to grow the Multicloud business.

The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to dive deep on infrastructure build issues, oversee construction management and manage delivery; they can also inspire and nurture a distributed team, demonstrate system level thinking and drive process improvements as well as support their team throughout the project lifecycle.

The Data Center Infrastructure organization is looking for a Director of TPM to help grow the Multicloud program. An ideal candidate will have experience delivering various data center infrastructure projects, strong program management skills, and is able to collaborate with other cloud providers such as Microsoft, Google, and Amazon Web Services to help grow the infrastructure business.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
