The individual should have demonstrated expertise in Fusion AI Data Platform that requires a combination of skills noted below:
- Advanced knowledge and experience to develop and architect solutions leveraging the Fusion Artificial Intelligence Data Platform (FAIDP / FDI (old name) and to also augment the platform for our client's custom sources and analytics requirements. The individual should also possess strong skills in modelling enterprise data warehouses and in Oracle ETL tools. Experience with Semantic Modelling and reports design including best practices.
- Deep knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology
- Good understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities
- Possess strong communication skills, leadership and management skills

The tech lead is accountable for all technical items (scope) and works closely with the customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, and oversee and directs the technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

The tech lead is expected to apply their technical and functional expertise on the one hand, and leadership skills on the other, to ensure successful delivery of all technical aspects on their projects. The tech lead is accountable for all technical items (scope) and works closely with the customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, and oversee and directs the technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget.
With the above facets in play, on a typical project, the lead is expected to conduct familiarization sessions, run workshops on relevant technical items, lead and develop reporting and analytical technical strategies and architecture, effectively lead customer, functional, and technical resources in the context of associated technical items, ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed, track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations; and finally ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets our quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers. The lead is expected to perform as an advisor to the customer, provide guidance and direction, and maintain a good, valuable, and productive relationship.
Aside from the tech lead role on a project, capitalizing on their experience and skills, the candidate should be able to support sales pursuits, conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deals teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations and orals showcasing our teams’ solutions, experience, and capabilities.

- Fusion AI Data Platform (FAIDP / FDI (old name)) with expertise in one or more of the following pillars - ERP, SCM, HCM and CX.
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- ADW & exceptional data warehousing skills
- Oracle's prominent ETL Tools - Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) , Transforms
- AI/ML both on FAIDP as well as on ADW.
- Fusion Technologies - BICC, BI Publisher, OTBI
Functional skills
- Experience and clear understanding of functional concepts in SaaS modules in areas of expertise
- General understanding of functional processes and workflows
