We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Technical Program Manager who has a proven track record in excellence and can partner effectively to drive impact. This role will be responsible for understanding customer and program requirements within the overall business context and transforming them into high-value outcomes. You will work with internal/external teams to align vision, define objectives, manage risks, create functional solutions, define/implement plans, and ultimately deliver impact. It is the expectation that the Senior Technical Program Manager becomes a Subject Matter Expert in the space influencing the direction, strategy, and design of the solutions. A successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, cross-organizational and program management skills, and thrive in a highly innovative, fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities

Must be a US Citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Security Clearance
* Gather requirements and define proper solutions (process + tech) with the mindset of quality, extensibility, and scalability.
* Influence direction of solutions with a strategic view on future aspirations
* Ensure proper business case/ROI has been done for feature prioritization
* Effectively manage prioritization discussions as they relate to features/requirements and roadmap; Work with product, design, and engineering teams to determine product strategy and prioritize feature projects.
* Manage expectations, alignment, and communications with customers and stakeholders through cadenced meetings, reports, statuses, reviews, etc.
* Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and dedication across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Support, and other key partners of the Oracle Health Sovereign team
* Help define and deliver sophisticated programs with competing priorities by influencing roadmaps and priorities of key partners
* Work with multi-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards
* Drive execution for timely, on-scope delivery of user and developer facing features
* Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience
* Recommend process improvements and serve as a partner concern point for all issues and questions associated with a program
* Provide on-going written and verbal release status updates to leadership
* Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, advising changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms
