The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

Role Overview
The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a senior strategic and operational partner to the Vice President of Data Center Facility Operations. Acting as a force multiplier, the CoS drives alignment, execution rigor, and clear decision-making across OCI's global data center delivery portfolio, directly influencing infrastructure reliability, security, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive priorities, staff agendas, and strategic initiative tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional programs and special projects, ensuring timely execution and clear accountability.
- Prepare executive communications, reports, stakeholder updates, and risk/investment justifications.
- Analyze business issues to surface actionable insights for OCI leadership decision-making.
- Oversee the rhythm-of-business: executive meetings, operating reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Identify and address systemic gaps to improve delivery predictability, cost control, and schedule adherence.
- Partner with regional leaders, PMO, and finance to monitor portfolio health, execution risks, and capital deployment.
- Facilitate annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and long-range capacity strategy.
- Lead organizational effectiveness efforts, including workforce planning, onboarding, leadership development, and special projects for governance and process enhancement.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in data center delivery, infrastructure programs, consulting, or strategic operations.
- Proven record managing cross-functional initiatives and driving business outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Able to comply with applicable customer or client-facing requirements, such as immunizations or occupational health mandates (where required).
