1. Lead activities from discovery phase to support phase

2. Conduct discovery workshops with customers

3. Interacting with customers, requirements gathering and analysis

4. Working with global enterprise customers

5. HCM software and/or domain Product experience working with complex hiring flows

6. Agile and Scrum development processes

7. Defining, leading, and developing project tasks

8. Design and execute user acceptance testing plans

9. Working with Jira, confluence, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools;

10. Design and implement Business Intelligence (BI) reports using tools such as Oracle BIP, OTBI
