As a contributor within their practice, this consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solutions to a project team. Supports the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

You will help with enhancements to Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Configure Price & Quote (CPQ), Accounts Receivables and Global Order Promising products to meet very sophisticated customer needs. Exercise creativity and independent judgment to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Partners with fantastic consulting teams on meaningful projects; works on significant and unique issues. Enables business development efforts by providing domain support and expertise. Helps to solve sometimes challenging customer-critical issues. Supports the customer process direction and decisions by providing configuration support across various industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.

Your understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM functionality and capabilities will be utilized to support the teams in designing and developing applications, along with assisting with quarterly update testing and new feature evaluation.

We are seeking a Solutions Architect who plays a key role in delivering high-quality Oracle SCM solutions to our clients, working both independently and collaboratively.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $95,000 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

The Solutions Architect plays a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, working both independently and collaboratively. You will leverage your expertise to implement Oracle SCM products and technologies, aligning solutions with customer requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and execute complex tasks and responsibilities across engagements, using sound judgment and technical acumen.
  • Design, develop, and lead the implementation of integrated Oracle solutions that meet client needs, adhering to company methodologies and industry-leading practices.
  • Act as a functional and technical expert on moderately complex projects, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide leadership during project solution design and execution, coaching team members and offering constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
  • Collaborate and consult effectively with client management and stakeholders to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying client needs and proposing value-driven Oracle solutions.
  • Develop detailed solution architectures and drive the successful delivery of assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 10+ years of experience consulting on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications- Oracle Order Management, Pricing, CPQ, Accounts Receivables and Global Order Promising Modules (including gathering business requirements, gap analysis, designing demos, UAT and SIT and system configuration)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to travel as needed; up to 60-70% of the time.
