We are seeking an experienced product leader to define and execute the strategy for end-to-end AI integrations within the Oracle Database organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI capabilities that elevate Oracle’s database offerings and accelerate intelligent, data-driven applications enterprise-wide. You will collaborate with a high-performing team committed to innovation, partnering closely with Engineering, User Experience, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver compelling AI-driven solutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,200 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Strategy and Vision

  • Develop a compelling product vision and strategy for AI integration across the Oracle Database portfolio.
  • Establish clear positioning and value propositions for AI capabilities to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Product Development

  • Own the roadmap for AI features in Oracle Database, prioritizing investments.
  • Lead customer discovery and validation efforts to ensure alignment of solutions with customer needs and use cases.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI capabilities within the database.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI across database products adhering to performance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Drive the development of reusable AI frameworks, proof-of-concepts that streamline and unify AI integration in the database stack.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and storytelling skills when presenting to executives, customers, and internal teams.

Customer Engagement

  • Engage closely with strategic customers and partners to solicit feedback, understand pain points, and inform product direction.
  • Analyze market trends and offerings to formulate investments for AI-driven database solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with User Experience teams to design intuitive interfaces that provide seamless user experiences for AI features within the database.
  • Partner with Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to craft messaging, demos, and launch strategies.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for AI adoption and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading product-focused teams; demonstrated ownership of a major enterprise software portfolio.
  • Domain expertise in AI/ML technologies, including automation, agents, or vector databases.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale enterprise AI or data products with broad adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Executive presence with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise infrastructure (e.g., databases, cloud, APIs), with a strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies in data platforms, including generative AI, analytics, and autonomous data processing.
  • Background in delivering high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS or PaaS products with a focus on reliability and performance.
  • Track record of successful go-to-market and adoption strategies for AI-enabled products or developer tools.
  • Advanced technical or business degree (MBA, MSc, PhD).
