US: Hiring Range in USD from $22.64 to $54.13 per hour; from: $47,100 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Leading optimization efforts within engagements to deliver high‑quality solutions within time and priority constraints
  • Providing direction and mentoring to customer teams, and influencing customer leadership on key decisions
  • Managing clients in post–go‑live environments
  • Overseeing the delivery of NetSuite application functionality
  • Partnering with NetSuite technical and performance experts to achieve the best outcomes for customers
  • Delivering exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty is a top priority. In this role, you will often work under pressure, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and consistently strive to meet customer expectations.
  • Successful candidates will have experience gathering customer business requirements and strong business analysis skills. Functional knowledge of NetSuite and an understanding of accounting principles are highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Entrepreneurship, Global Business, Economics, or a related field, with a focus on Accounting, Supply Chain, and/or Management Information Systems.
  • Naturally curious about AI and eager to leverage new technologies in your work.
  • 2-4 Yrs experience delivering ERP implementations
