Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

  • Finance, Accounting or Business-related degree, or comparable experience in accounting or business operations roles.
  • 2-3 years of consulting, accounting, or business process optimization experience. External customer facing experience is valued.
  • Proven experience in defining solutions to business process requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to customers and team members.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Passion for driving customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (such as Oracle Fusion, HCM, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365) is highly desirable.

What you'll do: • Help customers achieve their business objectives with NetSuite. • Drive customer satisfaction through value consulting. • Understand customer business processes requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. • Analyze company operations to detect and prevent operational, system, or technical problems and suggest operational improvements with strategic thinking. • Proactively propose tailored solutions to customers based on an understanding of their business processes and your own knowledge of the platform. • Collaborate with other team members who possess strong functional and technical skills to ensure effective solutions and outcomes. • Perform problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. • Participate in driving the approach to remediate system or process gaps, achieving consensus with the customers for effective resolutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $22.64 to $54.13 per hour; from: $47,100 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Consultant you will be part of our Shared Resource Team (SRT). We cultivate the professional development of our team members while inspiring a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness, community development and commitment to NetSuite’s future.

You will work directly with customers who acquire the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering, a subscription-based managed services model. You will be responsible for helping these customers leverage the NetSuite ERP to operate their business by understanding their business processes and providing hands-on functional optimizations.

The Staff Consultant will meet with customers on a regular basis to discuss business and system challenges they may be facing, to understand their definition of success with NetSuite, and to offer proactive advice on how to enhance the use of their NetSuite account. The Staff Consultant will also work closely with other internal teams, such as Technical Consulting and Account Management.
