OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Region Build Organization is currently in need of a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our fast-growing team. We are seeking an entry-level Technical Program Manager that is eager to learn the cloud space and what it takes to deploy a cloud region. This role would be focused on delivering and iterating on schedules, data analysis, reporting, communicating with key stakeholders, and help drive established war room to unblock region build issues.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $52,000 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Maintaining schedules for multiple builds in-flight
Create and drive ticketed tasks relevant to build execution
Data preparation and analysis
Collaborating with team members with focus on process improvements
Engaging with service teams in a war room rotation to resolve region build blockers
Provide daily and weekly reporting to critical stakeholders and an executive audience
