As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for driving consulting services growth and closing high-value deals by leading matrixed pursuit teams and collaborating with software sales executives. You will develop and manage a comprehensive sales strategy that drives new consulting pipeline and achieves booking targets in an industry or set of accounts. In this role, your focus will be on building pipeline and closing deals with leading healthcare and life sciences clients, developing deep relationships with Oracle software sales, and ensuring successful implementations that address industry-specific challenges such as workforce shortages, regulatory compliance, supply chain resilience, and patient-to-financial data integration.

Senior Client Partners are executive-level consulting sales leaders and trusted advisors responsible for growing Oracle Consulting’s most strategic Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) accounts. This role sits at the intersection of sales, delivery, and executive sponsorship, owning outcomes from pursuit through value realization. As a Senior Client Partner, you will lead complex, high-value consulting engagements that enable healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations to successfully adopt and scale Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. You bring deep industry insight, a strong consultative mindset, and the ability to mobilize matrixed teams to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Ownership

  • Define and execute an HCLS-focused consulting sales strategy across assigned accounts or territory.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, consistently achieving bookings, revenue, and growth targets.
  • Drive consulting attaches to Oracle software sales, with a strong focus on Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP, EPM, SCM, FAIDP).

Pursuit Leadership & Deal Closure

  • Lead complex, multi-pillar pursuits from qualification through close, orchestrating matrixed teams across consulting, software sales, solution engineering, and delivery.
  • Develop compelling deal strategies, close plans, and value narratives tailored to healthcare and life sciences buyers.
  • Confidently navigate long sales cycles, competitive environments, and executive decision-making forums.

Executive Relationships & Collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite, IT, and Line of Business executives, positioning Oracle Consulting as a strategic partner.
  • Maintain strong alignment with Oracle software sales leadership (VPs, RMs, Account Teams) to influence deal outcomes and drive services growth.
  • Establish a regular cadence of engagement to deepen account relationships and expand Oracle Consulting's footprint.

Implementation & Delivery Credibility

  • Serve as a credible advisor on cloud implementation strategy, roadmap planning, and value realization.
  • Ensure deals sold are executable, appropriately scoped, and aligned to delivery best practices, margin expectations, and client outcomes.
  • Partner with delivery leaders to ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution and long-term client success.

Contracting, Risk & Commercial Discipline

  • Lead or support contract negotiations, clearly documenting scope, assumptions, risks, and commercial terms.
  • Reduce downstream delivery risk through disciplined deal structuring and expectation setting.
  • Balance client needs with Oracle's financial and delivery objectives.

Thought Leadership & Market Presence

  • Contribute industry insight, implementation perspective, and transformation best practices to internal teams and external clients.
  • Support Oracle Consulting's HCLS thought leadership through client conversations, events, and executive forums.

Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, bookings, and attach metrics.
  • Actively manage deals to meet margin, utilization, and delivery success targets.
  • Cultivate referenceable customers and strong client satisfaction scores.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a Client Partner, Consulting Sales, or equivalent role.
  • Deep Healthcare and/or Life Sciences industry expertise with the ability to advise senior executives.
  • Proven success selling and/or delivering enterprise software and consulting services, including Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP, EPM, SCM, FAIDP).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong partnerships with software sales leaders to drive services attach.
  • Strong experience leading complex pursuits, negotiating large deals, and managing long sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with program delivery, solutioning, or consulting leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership of matrixed teams across sales, delivery, and customer stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences regulatory, operational, and digital transformation challenges.
  • Executive-level presence with strong consultative selling and storytelling skills.
  • Experience using CRM and pipeline management tools to drive performance and predictability.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support clients and business development.
