We are looking for a driven, highly organized Senior Principle Technical Program Manager who excels at driving critical large-scale, cross-organizational programs and projects to play a critical role in driving product delivery across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will come with a history of leading large end-to-end projects, a well-rounded technical innovation background, experience driving stakeholder accountability, and be an exceptionally strong communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and own product execution frameworks across the product lifecycle (ideation, build, release,
    scale, operate).

  • Drive roadmap operationalization, including dependency tracking, milestone planning, and cross-service
    alignment.

  • Partner with Product to translate strategy into executable plans with clear delivery signals and success
    metrics.

  • Drive customer intake and prioritization frameworks that balance customer commitments, strategic
    initiatives, and operational constraints across the platform portfolio.

  • In collaboration with engineering, drive the cross-functional execution of product release requirements,
    managing dependencies, risks, and decision points from development through GA and post-launch.

  • Establish consistent operating rhythms (QBRs, MBRs, exec readouts,).

  • Gather, analyze, and report on product and operational metrics (KPIs, OKRs, etc.) to support data-driven
    decision-making.

  • Manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs; surface issues early with clear options and
    recommendations.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and organizational updates to communicate progress and
    support strategic planning.

  • Track and drive completion of action items and deliverables arising from leadership and cross-team
    meetings.

    improvements.

This unique IC4 role sits at the intersection of product management, engineering, and operations, ensuring that product strategy translates into predictable delivery, scalable operations, and high-quality customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience driving operational excellence, streamlining product management processes, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, Finance, Commercial Enablement and Go-to-Market teams to ensure products are operationally ready from conception through GA and beyond. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in technical program management, product operations, or
  • Chief of Staff roles (preferably in cloud, SaaS, or media technology environments).Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive-level reporting.
  • Deep understanding of product management tools and best practices.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud and media services is strongly preferred. High degree of integrity and commitment to upholding organizational security and compliance
    standard.
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders through concise, actionable narratives.
