Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to review and operationalize contract terms for GPU and cloud deals. You will translate contractual commitments—SLAs, delivery and capacity obligations, support terms, pricing/licensing constructs—into clear, trackable workstreams and reporting. You’ll work autonomously and cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales Ops to ensure obligations are understood, implemented, monitored, and met.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Review and Translation
- Review GPU and cloud deal terms, including SLAs, delivery milestones, support commitments, usage/licensing, data residency, and security obligations.
- Translate negotiated terms into measurable requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans with clear owners and timelines.
- Obligation Tracking and Compliance
- Build and maintain an obligations register for each contract; establish health metrics and cadence for reviews.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and delivery commitments; identify gaps and drive mitigation plans.
- Coordinate evidence collection and audit readiness for contractual provisions (e.g., availability, capacity delivery, response times).
- Program Management and Reporting
- Create project plans, RAID logs, and dashboards; produce executive-ready status reports and readouts.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Customer Success.
- Escalate risks, manage change requests, and ensure alignment to contractual baselines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Legal to clarify intent and edge cases; with Finance on commercial implications; with Product/Eng to scope features or capacity tied to obligations.
- Work with Marketing/Comms on customer-facing commitments and approvals where applicable.
- Continuous Improvement
- Standardize templates for obligation intake, tracking, and reporting.
- Recommend process and tooling improvements to reduce risk and cycle time from contract signature to delivery.
This team is targeting candidates in the U.S. who can work ONSITE in Nashville-TN (priority location), Seattle-WA. Relocation Assistance is provided. (This is not a remote position).

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, deal desk/contract operations, or similar roles in technology or cloud.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and operationalizing contract terms (SLAs, delivery milestones, support/response, licensing/usage) for cloud services; GPU/HPC experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), service availability/latency metrics, capacity planning basics, and support models.
- Proven ability to create and manage obligation registers, dashboards, and KPI reporting; proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools.
- Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and attention to detail; capable of translating legal/commercial language into actionable technical requirements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work autonomously and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales.
- Legal background or experience partnering closely with Legal is a strong plus, but not required.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OCI, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
Preferred Tools/Skills:
- Familiarity with ticketing and tracking systems (e.g., Jira), documentation (Confluence), and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience building executive dashboards and compliance reports for SLAs and delivery obligations.
