The Strategic Customers, Engineering team at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers, who are the key drivers of our revenue. These clients are not merely customers but vital partners in our business, as they operate their enterprises on our robust and reliable cloud platform.

  • You’ll work closely with OCI’s strategic customers in APAC region, and their account engineering and TPM teams, for both Cloud Native and AI Infra use cases, to deeply understand their business goals and requirements, translate both technical and non-technical needs into clear priorities, and drive adoption and growth.
  • Supporting the APAC SCE team for customers’ NPI, tech support needs and feature requests involving deep collaboration with OCI compute, network, storage and other service teams. Facilitate customer meetings between customers and OCI service teams and drive outcome.
  • Proactively surface dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early, engage with the right functional teams to resolve blockers, and ensure what we deliver meets customer expectations for usability, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Take ownership of assigned product and project management, from initiation to completion, including pulling in the right functional teams, setting plans and tracking progress, leadership reporting and handle escalations where applicable.

We are in search of an experienced Technical Program Manager who has a track record of success in executing large-scale projects. As part of this role, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with teams across OCI. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.   • Bachelor's Degree AND 8-10+ years' experience in technical program management, technical account management, OR equivalent experience.
  • Display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
  • A strong sense of ownership and to have robust collaborative skills.
  • Maturity, analytical skills, and leadership skills. It's not just about getting things done, but about doing them in a way that respects and values the contributions of all team members.
  • Negotiation/influence skills. This role also requires exceptional communication and influence
  • Work well with senior leadership (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives.
  • Work well in ambiguity to dive into a problem and create a solution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure services. GPU and AI infra are strong plus.
  • Knowledge of technical program management for IT and Cloud Infra projects.
  • Understanding of Data Center and/or AI (Artificial Intelligence) infrastructure.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Ability to build and maintain healthy rapport with customer
  • Should have proactive, problem solving mindset
