This is a hybrid position that involves 3 days a week in-office work and/or meetings at the client site. Candidates must be based a commutable distance to Reston, VA.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; from: $94,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with sales teams to illuminate the power and innovation of Oracle SaaS solutions for federal agencies—no prospecting or cold calling required.
  • Deliver compelling, customized presentations and product demonstrations that showcase advanced Oracle financial application capabilities.
  • Clearly articulate product benefits, future direction, and the value Oracle brings to Federal financial management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor internally and externally, mentoring colleagues and building lasting partnerships with agency stakeholders.
  • Work alongside the product development team, influencing future enhancements and translating market needs into actionable feedback.
  • Develop tools and materials to strengthen the broader presales team, while helping shape Oracle’s competitive strategy in the Federal market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Skilled communicator and presenter, equally comfortable in-person and virtually.
  • Experience and knowledge of federal financial systems or Federal procurement is highly preferred.
  • Adept at working with both technical and business professionals in complex solution scenarios.
  • 3+ years working with ERP or financial software; familiarity with Oracle or comparable enterprise solutions is valuable.
  • Self-starter who works independently, with occasional customer site travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, advanced degrees welcome.
  • 7+ years of business experience in enterprise software or related sectors.
