Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is Oracle’s next-generation cloud platform, engineered for enterprise workloads and modern applications. As part of our continuing growth, we are seeking an accomplished Principal Product Manager to join Oracle OCI Product team in Nashville, TN.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in the technology industry, with substantial ownership of cloud infrastructure products and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), including delivering large-scale infrastructure products or services.
  • Require at least (1) Certification from any public cloud provider or evidence of solutions built on top of any of these platforms
  • Proven technical background: comfortable collaborating with engineering teams, understanding architectures, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills—able to influence, present, and persuade at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of OCI cloud infrastructure products, including strategy, roadmap, requirements, competitive analysis, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience defining end to end products. Candidate should be able to walk us through the full product management process: from customer requirement research, creation of product requirement documents, product definition documents, partnering with engineering organizations to formalize workback schedule, guide the dev teams until delivery, and launch products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—spanning engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales—to deliver best-in-class cloud solutions.
  • Candidate should be able to provide examples of steering and influencing cross organizational teams. Candidate should be able to explain how to create virtual multidisciplinary teams.
  • Engage deeply with customers and partners to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate needs into product requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies to inform product direction and keep OCI at the forefront of innovation.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and status to executive stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Drive customer adoption, develop business cases, and track metrics to measure product success and inform future investments.
  • Serve as an OCI advocate at industry events, customer sessions, and with internal leadership.

Preferred Experience:

  • Track record of successful product launches in cloud or enterprise technology markets.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, security, networking, and infrastructure-as-code.
