We are specifically looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with depth getting things done at scale. Think working with cross functional teams across large organizations, moving folks towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a “roll your sleeve up” person with a bias for action. You possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational/functional programs that impact both product and business.

You will partner with every team in OCI to make these programs happen. The space is fun, agile, cross-cutting, and complex. We work on true critical programs to the customer and that requires support, help, partnership, and alignment in the investment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces.

· Identify process gaps and build mechanisms to scale.

· Develop functional specifications, then drive the delivery in a successful and timely manner.

· Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of business operations functions from managing work-back schedules, generating communications and presentations, and planning and coordinating meetings.

· Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

· Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

· Drive program schedules from design to launch, communicate to stakeholders and senior leaders.

· Gain a deep technical understanding of OCI servers and be able to drive the technical direction of the team, working with cross-functional, cross-service teams

· Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities.

· Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

· Lead interactions with cross functional teams consisting of UX designers, Engineers, Product Managers and executive leadership.
