US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. We are seeking a product manager to work on the next generation of cloud-based, data-driven applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in execution of key initiatives for a set of flagship products within the Financials Cloud suite. The candidate will provide functional specifications for the solutions and take the solutions to the market following an agile, continuous-delivery methodology and a dev-ops mindset. The candidate will represent the products to internal audiences (e.g., product marketing, sales, and other field organizations).
Role Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered and agent-driven experiences in the Core Accounting domain, focusing on receivables, cash management, workflow automation, and user experience enhancements.
- Translate AI/GenAI innovations into actionable product requirements that enhance trust, transparency, and measurable performance across Core Accounting processes.
- Build AI/GenAI agents that support process automation, intelligent decision support, predictive analytics, and interactive user guidance.
- Drive the development of AI-powered user experiences, including natural language interfaces and automation across Accounting workflows.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver AI-driven features that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
- Engage with customers, partners, and field teams to validate AI use cases, understand business needs, and ensure solutions deliver tangible value and ROI.
- Analyze product usage data and adoption trends to prioritize enhancements and ensure AI features deliver meaningful business impact.
- Represent Credit to Cash as a thought leader on AI and automation in customer engagements, technical deep dives, industry events, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, agentic design, automation, and financial process optimization to inform product direction and innovation.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure readiness, enablement, and effective positioning of new AI capabilities.
- Support global collaboration across distributed teams, adapting to flexible work schedules as needed.
Core Product Management Skills
- Proven experience defining product roadmaps, writing clear requirements, and managing complex enterprise product lifecycles.
- Strong ability to synthesize customer needs and market trends into actionable product priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, aligning diverse teams (engineering, design, field, and leadership).
- Strategic thinking combined with detail-oriented execution.
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, conversational user interfaces, and agent-driven automation in enterprise apps.
- Familiarity with enterprise software architecture, APIs, and cloud services.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams to evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure robust delivery of AI features.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI practices.
Domain Knowledge
- Deep expertise in Core Accounting processes, especially General Ledger and Accounting Hub.
- Awareness of trends in AI-driven fintech automation and agentic user experience design.
- Familiarity with enterprise business applications and their integration points for process optimization.
Soft Skills
- Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate feedback into impactful features.
- Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical—for engaging with customers, sales, and leadership.
- Comfort representing products externally in customer meetings, demos, and industry forums.
