The Strategic Analytics and Adoption Team is looking to expand with a new Principal Adoption Manager. As a Principal Adoption Manager, you lead successful adoption delivery engagements for customers to maximize end-user efficiency, and satisfaction. You will analyze and present data to identify areas of opportunity, lead internal and external customer stakeholders to develop and execute complex adoption plans, and achieve customer goals. You will localize the customer support plan by understanding adult learning principles, and leveraging behavior change techniques. A successful Adoption Manager will manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms, and propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate. As a leader on the team, you will analyze and report to internal and external customer stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved.

Responsibilities:
Analyze user experience and other customer outcomes data, and incorporate organizational change techniques and adult learning principles to develop adoption plans for large and/or multi-tenant customers
Lead internal and external customer stakeholders to influence and execute adoption strategies to achieve customer objectives
Build and strengthen relationships with customer C-suite and key decision makers to promote a positive caregiver experience
Oversee and deliver overall project scope and manage financials and other project operations for large and/or multi-tenant customer engagements
Identify and surface recurring project issues and risks, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop remediation strategies; serve as an escalation point for others as needed
Direct, motivate, and develop adoption associates responsible for customer deliverables
Create onboarding and continuous education strategies for internal, third party, or customer resources delivering adoption support and contribute to content as a SME for the larger community
Partner with customers to build and implement multi-modal customer education and continuous support programs
Conduct and deliver detailed analysis and reporting to internal and external customer stakeholders, including identification of new or ongoing areas of opportunity and recommendations for future projects to drive organizational improvement
Train and mentor associates within the analytics and adoption community; influence and contribute to the development and enhancement of processes and best practices
Expectations:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal clearance (US Citizen)
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Willing to travel up to 40% as needed
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Basic Qualifications
At least 6-8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 2 years of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration
At least 2 years of clinical or health care work experience
At least 3 years of facilitation or training work experience
At least 3 years of data analysis or presentation of data work experience
At least 4 years of project management work experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
