OCI is searching for a Principal Program Manager to join OCI's Planning & Strategic Initiatives (PSI) organization which steers Oracle’s strategy by coordinating key workstreams in AI adoption, global cloud expansion, compliance, and modernization. By driving innovation and ensuring secure, scalable cloud solutions, PSI keeps Oracle ahead in the rapidly evolving global cloud landscape

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and refine program charters, objectives, and execution plans to support OCI’s cloud infrastructure expansion in new and existing Govt. Regions. Align program deliverables with business strategy and operational requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Program Execution: Lead large, multidisciplinary teams to deliver critical operational programs. Coordinate efforts across business operations, engineering, supply chain, and regional stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and workflow automations to streamline program delivery and enhance operational efficiency at scale.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor program KPIs and metrics to evaluate progress towards objectives. Analyze outcomes, report on results, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years Strategic Program Leadership in big tech and start up environments:
    • Proven ability to develop, drive, and execute complex, large-scale operational programs aligned with business objectives in both big tech and start-up environments.
    • Experienced in translating strategic goals into actionable program plans, managing program scope, schedule, and outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Demonstrated track record of optimizing business processes and enabling workflow automation to support global initiatives.
    • Experience developing and scaling internal tools to enhance efficiency and program delivery.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven:
    • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
  • Technical Acumen:
    • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, architectures, and technologies, with hands-on experience in managing programs within cloud services or related technology domains.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to build consensus and lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments. Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful in problem-solving, and proactive in driving innovation
    • Skilled in pivoting strategies and execution in response to evolving priorities, regulatory landscapes, and organizational needs.
  • Education:
    • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology or related field (nice to have)
