US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our educational programs, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Leading customer and product contracting processes, as well as overseeing operational activities.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to contracts and revenue recognition.
- Track progress, proactively identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of our education classes and programs.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between customers, teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing program processes and implementing best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Healthcare, Communications, or related field (or equivalent relevant work experience)
- Experience: At least 4-years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least two years of program management work experience, including Business Administration, Education, Healthcare, Communications, or related field.
- At least two years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Ability to lead multiple programs operating concurrently.
- Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Able to quickly learn and navigate new software applications and digital tools.
Responsibilities:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
