Oracle’s Global Sustainability Office is hiring a Sr. Sustainability Program Manager to support progress on key corporate sustainability goals and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional business partners across the organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new sustainability domains, and flexibly contribute wherever needed. Experience with ESG reporting, voluntary markets, and offset/removal strategy is a strong plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit timely, accurate voluntary (e.g., CDP, GRI, TCFD) and regulatory (e.g., ESRS/CSRD) disclosures, ensuring Oracle’s reporting remains compliant and audit-ready.
- Enhance and streamline data governance, collection, and validation processes using leading enterprise sustainability platforms (e.g., Fusion Cloud for Sustainability).
- Facilitate data collection, validation, and analysis in collaboration with internal business partners; maintain and enhance processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Analyze environmental data and disclosures to surface insights, track progress, and assist internal/external communications.
- Support corporate engagement in voluntary carbon markets, staying abreast of regulations, quality standards, and innovations relevant to offsets and removals.
- Support training, communication, and awareness initiatives around environmental reporting requirements and carbon market developments.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in corporate sustainability strategy, reporting, and/or compliance roles.
- Strong familiarity with leading frameworks and standards (e.g., ESRS/CSRD, CDP, GRI, TCFD, GHGP).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory language, assess gaps/risks, and manage data for internal/external audit.
- Understanding of voluntary carbon markets, carbon offset and removal project types, and relevant quality/credibility standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience collecting, validating, and reporting sustainability data within large organizations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with voluntary carbon markets, climate offsets and removals, or related environmental commodities.
- Experience supporting or developing carbon reduction strategies or projects.
- Familiarity with sustainability and reporting software (e.g., Workiva, SAP Sustainability, Oracle EPM).
- Advanced Excel, data visualization, or analytics capabilities.
