About the Team:
The Analytics Data Plane powers transformative healthcare analytics, enabling our customers to seamlessly perform complex data transformations at scale. As we migrate to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), pursue ambitious new product launches, and modernize our architecture, we need a dynamic leader ready to own and elevate this vital component of our platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and lead end-to-end delivery of the Analytics Data Plane services, ensuring high reliability, performance, and scalability for our customers
- Drive the re-architecture and migration of services to OCI, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams
- Partner directly with product management teams and customers to identify data transformation needs and deliver best-in-class ETL solutions
- Champion the integration of AI-driven data transformation capabilities, keeping us at the forefront of healthcare analytics innovation
- Build and execute on strategic roadmaps to support rapid scale, new product introductions, and evolving market demands
- Cultivate, mentor, and inspire diverse teams—growing both individual contributors and new leaders to their next level
- Dive deep into technical details, guiding teams through architectural, security, and process decisions when needed
- Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and team excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive hands-on experience with running ETL pipelines and deep expertise in Oracle Databases
- Proven success in building and scaling customer-facing data products or platforms, ideally in cloud or healthcare settings
- Strong technical acumen; able to zoom from strategy down to technical implementation and architecture
- Inspiring communicator and collaborator; adept at building roadmaps, leading cross-functional initiatives, and nurturing exceptional teams
- Superior people leadership skills; dedicated to growing both ICs and future managers

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,300 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
