Our DC Infrastructure Automation team is at the forefront of automating and building tools that power data centers globally. We’re creating a digital twin of Oracle’s Data Centers and automating critical workflows for Data Center Operators and Technicians.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in large-scale enterprise applications and analytics to drive the development of DCO systems. In this role, you’ll own the product roadmap, define features, and prioritize initiatives across service lifecycle management, provisioning, service administration, security, compliance, and application integration.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Stakeholder Engagement and Customer Insights
Engage with key stakeholders such as Data Center Operations, Hardware Support partners, and internal teams to gather detailed product requirements. Run focus groups and customer interviews to ensure that product features meet the needs of end users. Take ownership of customer adoption and success by driving customer engagement with new features and maintaining strong relationships for continuous feedback.

Product Definition and Feature Prioritization
As the product owner, lead the definition and prioritization of new features and product areas. Develop detailed product definitions that capture the customer experience, technical system integrations, and the impacts on upstream and downstream teams. Ensure clarity and alignment on product scope across all teams involved.

Product Roadmap Ownership and Strategic Planning
Define, create, and manage the strategic product roadmap for your area of responsibility. Present roadmaps to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and securing executive buy-in. Continuously evaluate market trends and customer feedback to adjust and refine the product strategy for long-term success.

Cross-functional Team Collaboration
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, technical program management, quality assurance, and other internal stakeholders across multiple time zones. Ensure seamless communication and coordination to deliver products on time and with high quality.

Customer Advocacy and Product Success
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization by advocating for user-centric design and ensuring that features and products align with customer needs. Measure and track customer adoption metrics, ensuring the product delivers measurable value and supports overall customer success.

Product Lifecycle Management
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of your product features from ideation to launch and beyond. Work with development teams to manage timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery. Post-launch, track product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features as necessary to drive continuous improvement.
