As an Onboarding Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will shape and elevate the customer onboarding experience for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Cloud solutions, including Dedicated Regions and Oracle Alloy. You will develop and articulate a cohesive customer journey, create training content, and design guided learning paths that accelerate time-to-value. You will define the onboarding methodology, coordinate multi-quarter work across engineering and operations, and establish delivery governance to ensure secure, compliant, and timely adoption of OCI services by customers and partners.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer journey narrative: Develop and continuously refine the end-to-end onboarding narrative for OCI Dedicated Cloud (Dedicated Region, Oracle Alloy), aligning to business goals, customer/partner needs, and accelerating time-to-value in dedicated environments.
- Training content development: Create enterprise-grade onboarding materials (docs, presentations, videos, hands-on guides) tailored to varied roles and technical levels, with coverage of dedicated environment considerations, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Guided learning paths: Design structured, role- and stage-based learning paths from initial tenancy/landing-zone setup through advanced feature adoption, incorporating prerequisites, security controls, and operational best practices for Dedicated Region and Alloy.
- Onboarding methodology and governance: Define the onboarding methodology, stage gates, standard artifacts (plans, runbooks, checklists), and delivery governance to ensure consistent, secure, compliant, and timely adoption across customers and partners.
- Feedback and continuous improvement: Establish feedback loops with customers, partners, and internal teams; run post-onboarding reviews and governance checkpoints to iterate content, processes, and tooling.
- Metrics and reporting: Define and track KPIs such as time-to-first workload/time-to-value, onboarding cycle time, milestone adherence, security/compliance readiness, training completion/proficiency, and CSAT/NPS; build dashboards for stakeholder reporting.
- Enablement: Equip internal teams and partners with playbooks, runbooks, templates, and training to ensure consistent delivery quality and adherence to governance and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of program management or customer onboarding experience, preferably with enterprise software or cloud-based solutions.
- Strong background in instructional design, technical writing, or similar disciplines.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with common onboarding and learning management platforms is a plus.
