The Oracle Cloud Console is the gateway for customers building and managing all aspects of their cloud environment. In this IC5 Product Manager role, you will redefine the Console experience by leveraging conversational AI, large language models, and generative AI. Your mission: deliver proactive and reactive intelligence through responsible, adaptive, and intuitive agent-driven experiences.

You’ll bridge advanced research and practical product execution, partnering with engineering teams to lead the ideation, prototyping, and delivery of safe, reliable, and innovate AI solutions. This role demands deep technical fluency in modern AI/ML systems as well as leadership in driving product vision and adoption in ambiguous, cutting-edge domains.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Conversational AI & LLM Strategy: Set the roadmap for integrating LLMs, agents, and generative AI into the OCI Console; drive feature ideation, prototyping, and launch of transformative AI-powered workflows.

AI Solution Design & Validation: Lead the design and deployment of intelligent agents, advocating for best practices in reliability, safety, and interpretability. Define and oversee processes for agent validation, user feedback, and continuous iteration to ensure high-impact, trustworthy solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering and partner teams to design and implement a scalable conversational platform architecture that enables other teams to seamlessly integrate their own workflows and scenarios, supporting extensibility and efficient plug-and-play adoption across Oracle Cloud offerings.

Product Leadership: Own the product strategy for conversational, agent-driven and multimodal Console experiences. Communicate vision, impact, and status to executive audiences. Ensure roadmap alignment with emerging customer and business needs.

User-Centric Innovation: Champion experimentation and user research to discover high-potential use cases, measure AI model performance, and refine agent behaviors for maximum user trust and satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and synthesize broad technical and business feedback; act as the expert voice for AI-driven Console capabilities both within OCI and outwardly to Oracle’s customers.

Quality Assurance: Establish robust standards and processes to monitor, evaluate, and ensure a consistently high-quality chat experience across all integrated scenarios, maintaining a reliable, safe, and user-centric environment as the platform grows.
