As an Upgrade Center Manager, you will support and drive Millennium upgrade projects for the Upgrade Center. You will be responsible for the success of the client upgrade meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets while providing effective situational leadership for escalations and operational issues. You will lead, direct and review the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results for the team and department. You will identify, propose and lead team-and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; participate and provide input on strategic initiatives and participate in resource management and planning. Finally, you will deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage and promote associate success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Role Responsibilities:
· Communicate and develop a plan to execute the vision and strategy for the aligned Upgrade Center team
· Collaborate with the management team on organizational goals and imperatives
· Responsible for the success of the client implementation meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets
· Responsible for financial and operational metrics for the team
· Provide effective situational leadership for escalations and operational issues
· Responsible for development, growth, and quality of professional services
· Participate in resource management and planning
People Management Responsibilities:
· Direct a group of delivery consultants during client project work
· Lead and manage a group of Upgrade Center employees to ensure high-quality project delivery, employee growth, and operational effectiveness.
· Monitor and support system engineers in their client work, providing guidance, oversight, and coaching to resolve client and professional issues.
· Direct the work efforts and results of a team of associates
· Determine Team goals and ensure they are met
· Develop associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning
· Promote diversity within the organization and create a respectful work environment
Basic Qualifications
· At least 8 years total combined higher education and related work experience :
o At least 2 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
o At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
o Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the Oracle Cerner Upgrade process (including but not limited to the following platforms: Millennium, CareAware, MPages, and Soarian)
Preferred Qualifications
· At least 2 years of people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
· Bachelor's degree
· Experience with large scale software upgrades
· Cerner solution support or implementation experience
Expectations:
· Willing to travel up to 25% of the time as needed
· Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
· Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
