Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple interrelated projects within the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership—to deliver complex programs on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring program objectives align with corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure effective collaboration between project teams.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, communicating progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Drive program reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data to improve program outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources across assigned programs.
  • Track and report program metrics, KPIs, and overall performance.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or enterprise environment.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
