Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Lead a diverse portfolio of federal programs delivering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion SaaS, E-Business Suite, and Exadata Cloud@Customer solutions tailored for high-compliance, mission-critical environments.
• Serve as the senior client executive responsible for customer satisfaction, program quality, and performance across all engagements within FRB, HHS, DOI, USSC, USDA, and Courts.
• Partner with Oracle Sales, Cloud Engineering, and Product Development teams to identify and capture new consulting opportunities that align to agency modernization roadmaps.
• Oversee portfolio P&L, including revenue forecasting, utilization, and margin performance; ensure disciplined execution and risk management.
• Provide strategic guidance to agency CIO and CTO organizations on Zero Trust, data sovereignty, and cloud migration strategies leveraging Oracle’s FedRAMP-authorized services.
• Mentor consulting managers and project leads, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and customer focus across geographically dispersed teams.
• Champion delivery consistency and operational maturity through use of Oracle’s Migrate360 and Cloud Enablement Frameworks.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience leading consulting or systems integration programs for U.S. Federal Civilian agencies, with direct experience supporting FRB, HHS, DOI, USDA, or Judicial agencies strongly preferred.
• Proven record of leading large-scale cloud and enterprise application modernization efforts using Oracle technology.
• Deep understanding of federal contracting, acquisition processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior government stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Active or clearable U.S. Security Clearance highly desirable.

The Oracle Practice Director for the Federal Civilian portfolio serves as a senior leader within Oracle’s Government, Defense & Intelligence (GDI) Consulting organization. This role is responsible for overseeing delivery excellence, customer engagement, and business growth across key U.S. Federal Civilian agencies — including the Federal Reserve Board (FRB), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of the Interior (DOI), United States Sentencing Commission (USSC), Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the U.S. Courts.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Develops strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives. Accountable for managing and growing a significant revenue stream and customer base. Typically manages multiple first line managers and/or senior level individual contributors. Resolves staffing issue in complex engagements. May serve as advisor or project sponsor role for moderately complex engagements.
