People and Project Operations Consultant

We are hiring a talented HR professional to join our team as a People and Project Operations Consultant (Level 3). This role is essential in supporting HR projects, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR knowledge, project management skills, and a strategic approach to drive initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR topics.
- Assist in employment-related processes, including compensation, promotions, and employee relations.
- Conduct compliance audits and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.
- Help design and implement HR operations processes, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Offer accurate interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process enhancement and propose improvements.
- Document HR processes and maintain up-to-date records.
- Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Assist in leading HR projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration between different HR teams and centers of excellence.
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and metrics to track progress.
- Help create project frameworks and ensure effective project management practices.
- Analyze project KPIs and provide regular status updates.
- Contribute to change management processes and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Data Analysis:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data using HRIS systems and reporting tools.
- Identify trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Generate reports and present findings to the HR team and stakeholders.
Employee Relations:
- Coach and support managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and legal teams to resolve employee-related issues.
Strategic Partnership:
- Analyze ER trends and provide actionable insights to HR and business leadership to enhance manager effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
- Support proactive initiatives to reduce risk and improve employee experience, including manager coaching, policy education, and ER capability building.
- Assist the development and implementation of ER programs, policies, and tools that drive consistency and operational excellence.
- Build trust and alignment across all levels of the organization through clear communication, sound judgement, and collaborative influence.
Educational Background & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a good understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment practices is preferred.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
