Oracle is seeking a skilled and proactive NOC Manager to design, build, and operate a world-class Network Operations Center (NOC) supporting our expanding data center portfolio. This individual will lead the development of NOC processes, tools, and teams to ensure operational excellence, rapid incident response, and high system reliability across our mission-critical environments.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

NOC Design & Implementation

Support the development and the strategy, architecture, and implementation plan for the new NOC, including physical layout, technology stack, and operational processes.

Define monitoring frameworks, escalation paths, and service-level objectives (SLOs) to ensure uptime and service continuity.

Operations & Incident Management

Oversee daily NOC operations, ensuring 24x7 monitoring of all data center facilities and critical infrastructure.

Lead the incident management process — detection, triage, escalation, communication, and resolution.

Coordinate closely with data center engineers, network teams, and facility operations for rapid response and issue resolution.

Team Leadership & Development

Build and mentor a high-performing NOC team, providing training on operational best practices and tools.

Develop and manage staffing schedules to ensure continuous coverage.

Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and proactive problem-solving.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Define key metrics and dashboards to track NOC performance, availability, and incident trends.

Provide regular reporting on operational health, incident metrics, and improvement initiatives to leadership.

Partner with IT, facilities, and security teams to continuously refine monitoring and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management, program management, or similar roles within data center operations or mission-critical environments.

Proven experience supporting data center infrastructure incidents, with familiarity in BMS, EPMS, power, cooling, and HVAC systems.

Hands-on experience conducting root cause analyses (RCA), developing corrective action plans, and leveraging automation in operational workflows.

Strong understanding of data center architecture — including networks, servers, power distribution, environmental systems, and security protocols.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities for cross-team coordination and stakeholder reporting.

Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize effectively, and make decisions in time-sensitive environments.
