Job Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join its Strategic Product Alliances team. In this role, you will define, negotiate, and operationalize key partnerships that expand OCI’s ecosystem and accelerate adoption of our cloud and AI services. You will manage the full partnership lifecycle—from deal structuring and commercial negotiation through post-deal integration, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise business models, and partner dynamics with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams, as well as external technology and go-to-market partners, to deliver scalable joint solutions that drive customer success and revenue growth. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic deal execution, including partner evaluation, business case development, and contract negotiation.
- Drive post-deal integration efforts by coordinating across engineering, product, and operations to ensure smooth technical and commercial onboarding.
- Develop joint value propositions, solution architectures, and GTM strategies that position OCI and partners for market success.
- Collaborate with global sales, field enablement, and marketing teams to build scalable sales collateral, training, and pipeline programs.
- Monitor and report on partner performance, identifying growth opportunities and resolving execution challenges.
- Act as the primary liaison between OCI business units and strategic partners, ensuring alignment on goals, metrics, and deliverables.
- Support executive reviews, business planning, and investment decisions with data-driven insights and financial modeling.
- Represent OCI in partner meetings, joint customer discussions, and industry events as a knowledgeable and credible voice for OCI’s ecosystem strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in product management, strategic partnerships, or business development roles within a major cloud service provider or enterprise technology company.
- Proven success managing end-to-end partner lifecycles including deal negotiation, integration, and GTM execution.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI/ML, or platform services and associated business models.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across sales, engineering, legal, and finance to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to executives and partners.
- Experience building sales enablement and go-to-market programs for joint solutions or cloud services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
