Who are we seeking?
As a TPM, you will work across a hybrid team that understands our business and its objectives, leading us through planning and designing technical solutions to solve the business’s problems in a very agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The position relies heavily on influence rather than authority to drive projects.
You will demonstrate ability to work across teams, engaging individuals located across multiple geographies and cultures. You have excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with peers, developers and leadership at all levels. You will collaborate closely with our partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete.
You are an influencer, defining project scopes and schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organizing and leading project status and working meetings. You will show strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence. You help make the business go.
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong problem-setting and problem-solving skills, good business judgment, and has notable experience collaborating in multi-functional teams.
- Self-starter and someone who is excited to take on new projects.
- Customer-focused with a passion for the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Defines the milestones and timelines and is responsible for flagging the need for corrective actions in the team.
- Owns the communications and coordination within the team and with key stakeholders in partner teams.
- Identifies intra-team issues and drives them to resolution autonomously; knows how to identify and work with key stakeholders to drive issues to resolution.
- Can represent the product / team up to the Senior Director level independently and at a higher level with appropriate coaching.
- They are the most knowledgeable person in the team about the execution, the tradeoffs and the whys behind them.
- Learns actively and quickly.
- Build strong relationships within and across teams.
Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
