Job Description

Job Description: As a Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our workforce planning processes using Oracle's Headcount Planning Management (HPM) tool and Oracle Recruiting Systems. You will play a vital role in supporting various business pillars and driving significant projects.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization's headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement effective hiring plans, including position creation and progress monitoring.
  • Master the HPM tool to streamline HPID-to-PIN conversions and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Optimize the requisition workflow, expediting approvals and addressing any bottlenecks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on HPM and facilitating various hiring scenarios.
  • Ensure data integrity between HPM and Oracle Recruiting systems, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform service initiatives and projects, providing valuable insights.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and tool optimizations.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing transparent updates on program milestones, performance, and potential challenges.
  • Additionally, this role will involve leading and coordinating the organization's All-Hands meetings, People Surveys, and overseeing Risk, Audit, and Compliance activities.

Organizational Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Develop strong partnerships with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Finance professionals to align workforce planning with broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure a seamless integration of workforce planning with HR strategies and financial objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of specialized experience in HPM management for large enterprises.
  • Proven program and project management skills, particularly in managing large-scale hiring campaigns and onboarding programs.
  • Proficiency in contractor vendor management, including the ability to initiate, oversee, and collaborate on vendor-related processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
  • A creative and solution-oriented mindset, always seeking ways to improve processes and tools related to hiring and workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and guide project managers and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
