Oracle Generative AI Code Assist Service is an exciting team in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. We are delivering innovative services at the intersection of artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure.
Oracle Code Assist (OCA) is an AI-driven coding assistant used by developers to boost their productivity and code quality by generating/annotating/explaining code, generating unit tests and documentation as well as fixes code errors. In Generative AI Code Assist Service team, you will build and operate cloud services maximizing state of art generative AI technologies. In this Technical Program Management role, you will be working to realize the the strategic roadmap through the tactical execution of the projects and programs you own. Leadership and execution through influence and relationships are at the core of your day to day work as you manage the delivery of the core workstreams. This is a unique role as our team is positioned on the front edge of the company, effectively driving the evolution of the OCI AI/ML business. Because of this, you will have significant exposure to teams from every corner of Oracle. Expectations are high, risks are real, but the team we have built is some of the best talent in the industry. Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, or any relevant technical field
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or software engineering with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, or SaaS. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineers.
- Expertise in project/program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As a Technical Program Manager on this team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technology-focused initiatives to success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Defining and managing project scope, creating detailed plans, and scheduling tasks to ensure efficient and timely deliveries that exceed customer expectations (both internal and external).
- Leading and facilitating project meetings, fostering collaboration among diverse teams, and providing clear direction to keep everyone aligned.
- Generating comprehensive progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and make data-driven decisions.
- Identifying and mitigating risks proactively, quickly resolving issues, and adapting strategies to keep projects on track.
- Collaborating closely with systems analysts and program staff, offering technical guidance, and ensuring the team's productivity.
- Working in tandem with program and product managers to interpret customer requirements and develop innovative solutions, thereby fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, and coordinating interdepartmental efforts for seamless project execution.
- Author weekly executive reports that accurately communicate the current state of a given program/project and succinctly summarize milestones, risks, support required, and dates associated with deliverables.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technology programs across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional program management skills, driving projects from concept to delivery while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
