Job Description

The Team

As part of the Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) InfoSec team within Risk Management, you will join a fast-paced organization responsible for keeping Oracle's customers, employees, data and assets safe.

As a member of this high performing team, you will maintain a rigorous connection to and understanding of the evolution of security tools in the industry in order to provide recommendations on their potential role to play in keeping us secure. You will offer consulting expertise and engage actively in designing and deploying our next-generation of information security solutions. Further, you will drive deep technical security assessments of proposed initiatives from IT and engineering peers across the company.

Finally, you will run processes related to information security risk management, conduct technical assessments across end user services, and define, document, maintain, and communicate security services for customer facing services provided by CSS.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring (Objective Minimum Qualifications):

To be considered for a Security Analyst Intern position in the Customer Success Services organization, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below.

Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs, by listing relevant academic/professional/personal projects on your resume. Will be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent science/engineering field during the 2026-2027 school year.

  • Have completed at least your sophomore year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2026.
  • Having IT experience which includes server computing, information security, and other infrastructure IT areas.
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with both external and internal customers, to describe security risks and controls.
  • Strong focus on exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • CompTIA Security+, CISA or other security certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of hardware platforms, firewall/router technologies, software, and applications.
  • Exposure to Oracle’s software/hardware/cloud products and CSS services.
  • Coordinate & respond to security questions raised by customer security team

US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.62 to $38.32 per hour; from: $40,800 to $79,700 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
