Job Description
Seasoned functional consultant with 10+ years of experience implementing EPM (Performance Management)/ERM (Risk Management) solutions for large Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients. Domain knowledge in 2 or more of the functions: Management Accounting, Financial Reporting & Analytics, Funds Transfer Pricing, Cash Flows, Asset Liability Management, Balance Sheet Management, Profitability, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Credit Risk.
Responsibilities
Implementation experience of Banking and Banking Analytics to provide SME inputs and work closely with client's Finance, Treasury and project team members to successfully deploy the OFSAA products. Should have experience in Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, Test Cases development, Solution Validation & User Training. Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA Products. In addition, must be able to manage the process of integrating OFSAA solutions with their operational environment (FAH, GL, Planning & Budgeting). Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a customer’s processes and strategies. Experience working in Agile project environment and cloud-based implementation experience will be handy. Support all phases of solution deployment, user acceptance testing and go-live.
Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, Excel based analysis, Model management to design the solution. Analyze user requirements, procedures to automate/improve processes and propose customizations to OFSAA solution to meet client’s requirements.
Candidates with experience implementing similar products like SAP, SAS, Moodys, Wolters Kluwer, Axiom based solutions can be considered. Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a customer’s processes and strategies. Agile concepts and cloud-based implementation experience preferred.
Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
