Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive delivery of transformative projects across OCI’s developer ecosystem, ensuring on-time, high-quality results that delight our internal and external users.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams through collaboration, influence, and a shared vision for technical excellence.
  • Champion best practices, define goals and KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable milestones, always striving to exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Serve as a voice of the developer, advocating for end-to-end experiences that amplify impact and productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in product management familiar with software development challenges, program management, or similar technical leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and background in the software development industry.
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter with a track record of influencing partners and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience creating and running Customer Advisory Boards or customer listening forum.
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex, fast-paced environments—driving multiple projects to successful outcomes simultaneously.
  • Goal-driven mindset with expertise in KPIs, metrics, and frameworks such as OKRs.
  • Demonstrated ability to network, negotiate, and build trust across organizations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and “can do” attitude— you see problems as opportunities and relentlessly pursue solutions.
  • Experience with developer platforms, CI/CD toolchains, distributed systems, or public cloud providers is highly valued.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
