Job Description
Entity: Oracle America, Inc.
Job Duties: Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
More specifically, responsible for developing and executing communication plans to ensure clear, timely, and proactive updates on program status, issues, and risks from design through launch, tailored for stakeholders, senior leaders, and executive management. Coordinate with cross functional and cross product teams to develop proposed schedule and milestones. Track and manage any changes to milestones. Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources. Proactively anticipate and identify risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, select, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Responsible for multiple and varying functional programs with complex goals, which could include enabling scalable and secure infrastructure, cost optimization, high availability, and access to advanced data analytics capabilities, as well as automating customer onboarding processes in order to minimize manual intervention and significantly reduce onboarding time. This position is for a lead contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. The work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. May telecommute. (385.30023)
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation. Position requires:
- Program, product, and project management in order to meet business objectives: Migrations, New Product Delivery, and Process Improvement;
- Cloud cyber security principles;
- Cloud computing technologies and architecture;
- Agile development methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFE;
- SaaS and Enterprise Product delivery;
- Risk and Stakeholder Management; and
- SDLC Process Improvement.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $124,342 to $199,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
