OASE is seeking a Senior Principal Business Program Manager (BPM) to provide leadership and operational oversight within the organization. This role is instrumental in driving day-to-day operations and executing strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and efficiency.

The Business Manager will enable OASE to achieve its core objectives, ensuring successful implementation of organizational initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to deliver key priorities delegated by the Group Vice President (GVP).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, strategy development, and operational management, with demonstrated experience working in high-paced, global environments.

This role requires a proactive leader who can operate across large, complex teams, balancing detailed execution with executive-level communication. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring operational efficiency while driving long-term strategic impact.

Responsibilities

  • Managing roadmap execution and presenting strategic initiatives to leadership.
  • Driving cross-functional engagement with product and service teams.
  • Leading critical projects, executive reporting, and presentations.
  • Establishing and managing the organization’s rhythm of business to ensure alignment.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition, hiring processes, onboarding, and staff management.
  • Coordinating risk management, dependencies, and process improvements.
  • Representing the GVP during conflicts or high-demand periods.
  • Supporting financial planning, budgeting, and spend management.
  • Facilitating collaboration between internal stakeholders and organizations, including FinOps, Procurement, and Corporate Legal.
  • Enhancing executive reporting frameworks for project review sessions.
  • Leading operational and strategic review cadences.
  • Driving execution of executive goals and business initiatives.
  • Managing organizational planning.
  • Preparing agendas, topics, and communication strategies for leadership meetings and off-sites.
  • Drives change management effectively.
  • Develops organizational change-management plans in partnership with all relevant stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • 12 years experience with project/program management, data analysis and direct business experience
  • Proven ability to guide relationships, partnerships, and business strategies.
  • 5+ years expertise in cloud operations and service management.
  • Strong acumen in budgeting, demand planning, and fiscal oversight.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, coordination and mediation experience.
  • 6+ years experience mentoring program managers.
  • Flexible, resourceful, team player that can thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, functional and technical teams
  • Manage organization planning, hiring, performance management.
  • Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint.
  • Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation.
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
